Skyline’s talented graphic finisher Brent Packwood is putting down his tools for a good cause by Riding to Conquer Cancer,™ your encouragement and support would be greatly appreciated:

Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer™

This year my wife has had the battle with cancer and has won but last year I lost two friends of mine, Inta and Michelle to cancer. “THIS IS A PERSONAL RIDE”

I raised $3,000 last year but was unable to ride due to my own sickness.

This year for the 2014 RIDE in August I would like to raise more than $4,000 – So PLEASE help to get this terrible disease out of our lives and donate for research and eventually a cure.

The Rio Tinto Ride to Conquer Cancer™ benefiting the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, is a cycling journey throughout Queensland scenic countryside that I’m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!

Contribute to this history-making event with a donation. Funds raised will support breakthrough research, exemplary teaching, and compassionate care at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, a worldwide leader in cancer research and discovery and one of the largest research institutes in the southern hemisphere.

The ride involves cycling for two days throughout the picturesque countryside of Queensland from the 16-17 August 2014. Don’t wait till August 2014 to get involved and support Brent in his ride. We will keep you updated on his journey to the final ride.
