Designing and building an exhibit can be a lengthy and complex process. That's why we've developed the Skyline Partner Approach to guide our clients from design conception to the trade show floor.

Information gathering

Your Skyline Project Manager takes the time to listen to you and learn about your business, industry and unique marketing objectives.

Discovery Session

For more complex exhibits we may have a meeting with your company's stakeholders and members of Skyline's Production, Design and Service Teams. At this time we will investigate all the options and solutions available to you and determine the best fit. Different options include rent, purchase, do-it-yourself or show services or a full turn key solution. We understand everyone has different needs, so this is the stage where we work together to find the solution that will work best for you.

Concept Design

At this time your Skyline Project Manager will work with you to create a design brief, this will outline all your requirements so our team can tailor an exhibit solution to meet your unique design & functional needs. The Skyline design team gathers the materials and information you've provided and begins both graphic and structural design. Throughout the process, you see drawings and renderings to make changes and approve the designs.

Graphic Production

The Skyline Graphic Design & Production teams ten work together to create the graphics that will feature on your exhibit. The production process can include scanning, image compositing, graphic file creation, printing, laminating and finishing. We can also partner with your chosen advertising agency or graphic designer to maintain a consistent brand image for your company.

Exhibit Construction and Quality Inspection

At Skyline quality is one of our primary concerns. A premium product requires strict quality control. To ensure our standard remains high our expert Service and Production teams will construct your exhibit within our production area or showroom.

Fulfillment

Once your exhibit passes all of our inspections we ship it to you or to your show, depending on your requirements. We will assist you to build the display and train you and your booth staff on the installation and dismantling process.

Ongoing services

Skyline will manage your exhibit to whatever extent you would like. We can ship, install, dismantle, maintain, reconfigure and store your exhibit between events. We can also provide exhibitor training, display servicing and graphic refits. The Skyline team is there for you as long as you need our assistance.
